Shipping Policy
Calliham's ships from Greenwood, South Carolina via USPS. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before noon EST typically ship same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends ship the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days for standard shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:
Eligible items: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items: Sale and clearance items are final sale. Custom printed items (Fresh Prints orders) cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
How to start a return: Email [email protected] or call 864-400-8040. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds: Processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
Exchanges: We're happy to exchange for a different size or color within 30 days, subject to availability. Just reach out and we'll sort it out.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a defective item or we sent you the wrong thing, we'll make it right immediately. Email us a photo at [email protected] and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required on your end.
