Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Greenwood, SC location. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders $70 and over. Orders under $70 ship at a flat rate.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Absolutely. Select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout and we'll have your order ready same day or next day. We're at 1707 Bypass 72 NE, Greenwood, SC.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status under My Account.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Sale and clearance items are final sale.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item — in those cases we cover it.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — exchanges for a different size are always welcome within 30 days, subject to availability.

Custom Printing — Fresh Prints

What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing transfers your design directly onto fabric using heat. It produces vivid, full-color prints with a soft hand-feel that hold up wash after wash — no cracking, no peeling.
What's your minimum order for custom printing?
We print as few as 1 shirt. No minimum. Whether it's a birthday gift or a run of 1,000 business uniforms, we handle it.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI at print size). If you have a logo or idea but no print-ready file, our design team can help.
How long does a custom order take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days. Rush 48-hour service is available — call us at 864-400-8040 to arrange.
Do you provide the shirts or do I bring my own?
Both options work. We stock Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Next Level, and Comfort Colors blanks. If you have a specific garment in mind, bring it in and we can print on it.
How much does custom printing cost?

What can you print on?
T-shirts, hoodies, hats, tote bags, and most fabric garments. DTF works best on cotton, cotton blends, and polyester. Call us if you have an unusual item.

What brands do you carry?
We carry Simply Southern, Southernology, Embry, Fieldstone, Roost, Girly Girl Originals, and Southern Strut — plus our own Fresh Prints in-house custom designs.
How do your shirts fit?
Fit varies by brand. Check our Sizing Chart page for detailed measurements. When in doubt, size up — Southern lifestyle tees tend to run true to size but some brands run slim.
Are your products true to color?
We do our best to show accurate colors in product photos. Screen calibration varies, so slight color differences are possible. If you're unsure, stop by our Greenwood store to see in person.
Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes — most brands we carry offer sizes through 3X and some through 4X. Filter by size on any collection page to see what's available in your size.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available in the Gift Cards section. They never expire and can be used on any order.
